Hargreaves Delivers Strong Growth Across the Group

Hargreaves has reported a strong set of final results for the year ended 31 May 2026, with revenue and profit growth delivered across all three business units.

The performance reflects continued progress across the Group, supported by strong operational delivery, financial discipline and a clear focus on creating long-term value for shareholders.

Strong Financial Performance

During the year, Group revenue increased by 32.9% to £351.4 million, while EBITDA rose by 8.6% to £36.6 million.

The Group also finished the year with £21.6 million in cash and cash equivalents, underpinned by a robust, structured debt-free balance sheet that provides a strong platform for future growth.

Reflecting confidence in the Group's ongoing performance, a final dividend of 20.5p per share has been proposed, representing an increase of 10.8% on the previous year.

The Group enters the new financial year with a strong balance sheet, a portfolio of high-quality businesses and growing opportunities across infrastructure-related markets, particularly within the Services division.
